The Opportunity
We're looking for a Sr. Developer to join our team and lead the technical implementation of client projects. This is a contract position (3 months) with a clear path to a full-time role for the right person.
You'll work directly with leadership, have significant ownership over technical decisions, and help shape how we deliver software solutions for clients across multiple industries. This is a high-impact role for someone ready to lead.
What You'll Do
Design and implement software systems and architecture for client projects
Make technology and framework decisions based on project requirements
Lead development efforts and coordinate with stakeholders
Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Mentor team members as the team grows
